My journey began in 1978 when I first picked up a tool belt, working alongside some of the finest crews on large-scale homes in Potomac, Maryland. Over the years, I transitioned into a full-time home inspector, and for the past 21 years, I’ve had the privilege of performing thousands of home inspections. From new construction and pre-drywall inspections to helping buyers, sellers, and homeowners with warranty and home check-up assessments, I’ve seen it all and worked with a diverse range of properties.
A lifelong passion for construction, especially trim carpentry, has shaped my approach to inspections. The attention to detail that carpentry requires has instilled in me a relentless pursuit of perfection. My work ethic and professionalism are rooted in this same drive for excellence. In my career, I also specialized in inspecting critical infrastructure like stormwater management and erosion control. This experience gives me a unique expertise in identifying grading issues around your home—the leading cause of foundation failures.
